Account Registration and Security
Each tbage account belongs to one individual. Registration implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.

- Account registration is free of charge — tbage does not charge a fee for creating an account
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tbage login credentials, including your mobile number and password. Any activity carried out from your account is your responsibility unless you have notified tbage of unauthorised access in a timely manner.

Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions at tbage are processed through approved payment channels. Please read the following policies carefully.

Deposits are credited to your tbage account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider, which typically occurs within 60 seconds for mobile wallet transactions. tbage does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on your payment method must match the name on your registered tbage account.

Withdrawals at tbage are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity and source-of-funds verification where required. tbage aims to process approved withdrawal requests as quickly as possible; processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any pending verification requirements.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses issued by tbage are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the specific terms applicable to that offer. Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when a mixed balance is held. Game Rules and Fair Play

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at tbage and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to interact with the platform in a non-human manner
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other game format
- Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors in displayed odds, or any technical malfunction to gain financial advantage
- Any form of money laundering, fraud, chargebacks, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials
Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability and Amendments

tbage provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tbage disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. tbage does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
In no event shall tbage be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, even if tbage has been advised of the possibility of such damages. tbage's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tbage reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, tbage will provide notice to registered players via the platform or by email where an address is held on record.
